I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a warm welcome. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main pier and the town center. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfasts were delicious, freshly cooked and served with a smile. I was extremely satisfied with my experience here.

We were going to the BIC for a concert and wanted to stay somewhere reasonably close. The Claremont was just a short walk away (5mins) and near to the shops and restaurants as well, so for us it was an ideal location. The manager and staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. The service and inclusive breakfast was excellent. We would recommend The Claremont to anyone looking for a reasonably priced B&B and will certainly stay there again when we next visit Bournemouth.

The hotel is perfectly situated, just a short walk away from the beach and the town center. It is also conveniently located near various nightlife options. Guests also appreciated the included parking, which is a bonus in the area. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some even offering a settee in the bay window. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist guests. Breakfast had an excellent selection and was served by enthusiastic and friendly staff.

Some guests had an issue with incorrect information on the hotel's website regarding the acceptance of pets. It stated that the hotel allowed pets, but in reality, it did not.

The location of the hotel and especially the off street parking, as parking would have been a massive issue in the surrounding area.

The complimentary cooked breakfast was not of a particularly high standard, but did not really detract from the appeal of the hotel.

Nothing to dislike.

Nicely decorated, good quality soft furnishings. Nice heavy curtains that blocked out daylight - useful in summer! The owner was helpful when requested, and seemed obliging about correcting things. Lots of power sockets in the room so easy to recharge computer, mobile phones, etc.

The single room was minute, and what was described on Booked.net website as "modern en suite facilities" consisted of a washbasin and mirror, no shaver point for the electric toothbrush. Other hotels offer full ensuite for the same nightly rate.

i had booked 3 night but a room is small for 2 person and bed mattress not comforted feeling touch spring my leg hips is sore by bed.. t.v not have subititlies because me and my husband are deaf need read subititles but nothing there.. i think star 3 not 4 in hotel..shower too slow not power fast... but nice breakfast and clean a room but not comfort in bed..

We loved the close proximity to everything - just a short walk to the seafront and town centre. The hotel's location was perfect, not far from the beach and central facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome.

Hot weather means opening windows, which in turn means there is a lot of noise from outside. Perhaps the Hotel could invest in a (ceiling) fan?

Spent the New Year's Eve at a hotel in a coastal village. The hotel had an outdoor swimming pool, probably great in the summer. The staff was really friendly and ready to help us with everything. The location was near the beach and the town center, so we could enjoy both the views and the shopping. The room was clean and it had all the amenities needed.

The room was smaller than expected, and the bed was not very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool was closed and we were looking forward to use it, but we had no prior information about this.

We were able to upgrade to bigger bedroom, as the doubles are on the small side
